When and in what role did you join the company?
I joined Attenda in January 2001 (I think) in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager I think).  I had previously worked for the founders and enjoyed the environment in which they encouraged people to work.  

What other roles have you held within the company?
During my years at Attenda I have worked in a number of areas, including process design and implementation (in alignment with the ITIL framework), service architecture (ensuring we are able to delivery upon our services) and Operations (a 24 x 7 management and monitoring centre).

How do you feel you have progressed within your roles?
With the support of my manager I have managed to expand my knowledge in these areas which has in turn allowed me to progress within the company.

How has Attenda helped with this progression?  
Attenda has always supported my progress and provided guidance and training to help me bridge some of the gaps in my skill set.

How would you describe the culture here?
Informal, yet hard working and professional all rolled into one. A small company culture (everyone helps everyone else), yet delivering large company professionalism.
