How do you feel you have progressed within your roles?
Progression has been great, having worked as a First Line Analyst I have had a good grounding of Attenda and its core best practice process and procedures. The breadth of technical knowledge and exposure to a variety of complex client solutions has been invaluable. Attenda encourages progression and gives individuals the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment which ultimately leads to opportunities for advancement within the business.

How has Attenda helped with this progression?
Attenda’s commitment to progression is clearly backed by the regular 1-1’s and performance reviews which encourage individuals to achieve. Study days and paid examinations are just some of the rewards that are available for individuals that are keen to progress. The nature of our work clearly requires team collaboration across the business and supporting teams which encourages exposure to other teams and visibility of how we all fit and work together.

How would you describe the Attenda culture?
This will sound like an oxymoron but it would be fun, informal yet professional in every aspect.
