How do you feel you have progressed within your roles?
Moved from Third Line to project management after discovering that I really enjoyed working on projects and thought it would be a good role for me.
How has Attenda helped with this progression?
Attenda sent me on Project Management courses and also encouraged me to progress in that field, my line manager was happy to give me study leave to study for my Prince2 qualifications even though it meant moving out of the team. The support and encouragement I received from both my line manager and the Operations Director was invaluable.
How would you describe the culture here?
Most people at Attenda really care about their jobs and are always very helpful, often when they aren’t asked. There is a culture of kind cooperation which makes working here a pleasure. Everyone also enjoys having a laugh as well.
