How do you feel you have progressed within your roles?
I have made great progress in line with my own career objectives, Attenda has been great in supporting my progression/development since starting my career at Attenda. There were many opportunities available within Attenda, which allowed me to grow and expand into new areas besides Tech support.
How has Attenda helped with this progression?
Attenda has provided a lot of support in helping me progress in the direction that would be beneficial to both Attenda and myself, including showing support and trust, when I did not necessarily have the experience/skills for a particular role and also provided internal/external training (making use of PDPs), as well as ongoing mentoring from my Team Leader and Line Managers.
How would you describe the culture here?
Attenda has a vibrant and exciting/fun culture/environment. It encourages a lot of staff participation by promoting lots of social events (Sport n Social/ Company Meetings/Charity days), everyone is thoroughly professional and extremely helpful and ready for a long night out at the bar/pub any day of the week.
