First Line Team Leader
When and in what role did you join the company?
I joined Attenda in Jan 2006 as a first line engineer. It was a really good role to start my career in the IT industry. I’ve developed a vast amount of knowledge and strong relationships with my colleagues and the customers of Attenda.
What other roles have you held within the company?
During my time at Attenda I’ve progressed my career through support in 2nd and 3rd line and am now supporting the department with my knowledge and skills as the First line team leader
How do you feel you have progressed within your roles?

How has Attenda helped with this progression?
The business always aims to support individuals in their development by sending staff on courses. It’s good to be part of a company where the management aim give as much to the staff as it does to provide for the company. There is never a negative moment and the close knit teams help to develop outstanding relationships with their clients and staff.
