New infrastructure is deployed through our ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO20000 accredited Solution Delivery process. Build standards are defined in the Service Design phase and are applied consistently by leveraging automation tools and standard baseline builds. We provide support for the transition of existing services from in-house, or another provider, to Attenda and for ongoing changes to the service delivered.
