Looking at our Ambitious Plans for 2010
We have some ambitious plans for 2010, with a firm focus on the mid-market and increasing deployment of differentiated cloud services solutions, using Attenda RTI Cloud Computing platform.
We will continue to invest in technologies, people and process, with continual service improvement to meet the needs of our clients, partners and prospects in delivering highly available, agile and secure critical applications and infrastructure services.
2009 turned out to be quite a year for Attenda, with revenues up 24% year on year, profits doubling to in excess of £2 million and a comfortable contract backlog of over £65 million, as we entered 2010, some 20% higher than at the start of 2009.
We now have over 50 clients that have deployed a cloud service during 2009, recognising that cloud services will bring new levels of agility, efficiency and economy, delivering business IT resources on demand, whilst improving infrastructure resource deployment and utilisation.
We will look to build stronger and deeper relationships with our existing and new clients, to become recognised as the strategic outsourcing partner of choice as they evolve their IT strategy for 2010 and beyond.
ITIL v3 Foundation Courses
In order to mark the 10th anniversary of our commitment to ITIL, and to reflect the value of our client relationships, we are offering the opportunity for clients to register for subsidised participation on a 3-day ITIL v3 Foundation Level training course.
This course will help you to better understand how your own business can benefit from the adoption of ITIL processes and practices. The typical market value of this course is £825 and we are offering a discounted price of £390 for client participation. Announcing our recent new Client contracts
Ofwat - Ofwat has signed a new three year hosting contract for its new website application to be fully managed by Attenda. The Attenda web hosting contract includes the deployment of a new web application and hosting environment, based upon Attenda's Cloud Computing Platform (Attenda RTI). BSI Group - BSI has signed a new five year dual centre outsourcing contract, significantly extending the number of its mission critical business systems that are under management with Attenda, including its SAP system. ECKPCT - Eastern & Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust has signed a three year contract with Attenda to design, implement and manage a new Microsoft SharePoint collaboration and document management solution for ECKPCT's non-clinical data.

Bluefin - Bluefin Solutions has partnered with Attenda to launch Affinity Service, providing end-to-end Service Levels across all SAP business processes, delivering end-to-end operational service and support for business critical SAP systems. G3 Global - G3 Global Limited has formed a partnership with Attenda to launch a new subscription-based hosting offering for SAP Business All-in-One solution, as part of the G3 ConnectedBusinessCloud, using Attenda's Cloud Computing Platform, Attenda RTI. VMware - Attenda has been awarded EMEA and Global VMware Service Provider Partner of the Year Award and has also been promoted to Premier level in the VMware service provider partner program (VSPP), reflecting the success of our VMware based services, including the Attenda Cloud Platform, Attenda RTI, and the hard work of our technical teams in gaining some tough certifications.
