The Challenge
Travelodge needed a scalable and reliable solution to better manage its business critical website application, to handle an increasing number of customer reservations made online and to maximise revenue potential. It required a hosting service provider that could fully support its Linux solution. So, Travelodge took the strategic decision to entrust the management of its website production environment and disaster recovery solution to Attenda.
The Solution
Attenda is managing the production website environment and disaster recovery solution for Travelodge, including proactive management of its network systems. The contract has also been extended to include management of their Refund System infrastructure.
The solution is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux solution running on HP mid range servers. It provides consolidation of complex web server configurations, with full scalability and easy management of the infrastructure.
